A man has been sentenced to jail time in a September case in which he attempted to pull over an undercover Maple Grove cop.
On March 25, Luke Aaron Eischen of Inver Grove Heights was sentenced to 364 days in the county workhouse for fourth-degree assault of a peace officer. This will be stayed for two years. He will have to spend 30 days in the workhouse/electronic monitoring or work release.
