A 21-year-old daycare worker in Plymouth has been charged after authorities say she reported to work intoxicated and was involved in an incident with a child under her care.
According to police, Aniya Keosongseng was working at a local childcare center when staff initially believed she was experiencing a medical issue. However, responding officers quickly determined she was heavily intoxicated.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage showing her struggling to maintain balance and appearing disoriented.
