ROSEMOUNT, Minn. — The city of Rosemount has appointed a new police chief, and it’s a familiar face.
Carson Thomas was officially made police chief on Tuesday after serving as the interim chief for the past six months.
“Integrity, honor, and courage are our department’s core values, and they start internally,” said Thomas in a press release. “Living those values has helped create a culture where people feel empowered to grow and pursue new opportunities.
