My family and I road trip all over Minnesota, and we’re always on the lookout for unique restaurants. Usually, we rely on Guy Fieri’s recommendations since he’s featured so many incredible Minnesota spots on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. However, I think I’ve discovered a place Guy hasn’t visited yet, but he absolutely should.
Quarry Taphouse is a one-of-a-kind destination where you can actually get a side of rocks with your food order, and I can’t wait to check it out this weekend.

The menu features elevated pub favorites, starting with their legendary cheese curds. You can order them hand-battered in classic, buffalo, or dill pickle flavor. Their “Smash Burgers” look incredible and if you’re looking for something lighter, they offer Ahi Tuna nachos, fresh flatbreads, and customizable rice bowls.
