MINNEAPOLIS — As more Minnesotans look for ways to cut commuting costs, Metro Transit is looking to attract new riders by cutting prices on public transportation.
The agency says it’s not immediately feeling the sting of higher diesel prices because it locks in fuel contracts years in advance.
