MINNEAPOLIS — When HBO appeared in a Minneapolis chef’s inbox, he thought it wasn’t real.
“I’m like ‘oh, this is a scam,’ you know, it’s one of those you sign up for it, I guess I’m in, and then you get a virus on your computer. I was like this 100% scam,” said Yia Vang, chef and owner of Vinai in Northeast Minneapolis.
