Borough to close after 13 years in North Loop, Revival to replace it

Borough is closing its doors in June after 13 years in the North Loop.

The first of what became a fleet of restaurants for Jester Concepts, Borough will have its final day of service at 730 N. Washington Ave. on June 27. Following a renovation, the space will become the home of the first Revival since the restaurant group purchased the fried chicken brand last year.

No opening date for Revival has been set, but the group is targeting September, a representative tells Bring Me The News.

Borough opened in 2013 and quickly became a hub in the Twin Cities’ food world, earning praise for its menu and serving as an incubator for culinary talent. Shortly afterward, its sister concept, Parlour, opened in the basement and eventually expanded to four locations…
