Driver arrested after crash in North St. Paul

NORTH SAINT PAUL, Minn. — A 19-year-old man was arrested following a single-vehicle crash in North St. Paul on Saturday morning.

Authorities say state troopers responded to a report of a crash on the westbound Highway 36 near Highway 120 around 4:12 a.m.

Officials believe that a Mercedes sedan was traveling westbound at a high speed and attempted to go northbound on Highway 120 when the vehicle rolled and crashed into a wooden fence and a dumpster in a Dairy Queen parking lot…
