ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A 21-year-old driver was arrested after Florida Highway Patrol troopers said he was caught speeding more than 50 mph over the limit in the newly opened Howard Frankland Bridge express lanes.
According to an arrest affidavit, Travis Hill, 21, was caught on radar at 107 mph in a 55 mph zone around 10:30 p.m. on May 30 while traveling northbound on the bridge.
