Convicted felon leads troopers on high-speed chase over bridge before crashing: FHP

TAMPA, Fla. — A 25-year-old Largo man is in custody after a high-speed chase early Thursday on the Howard Frankland Bridge.

Florida Highway Patrol says troopers were conducting speed enforcement on northbound I-275 when they spotted a white 2021 Tesla traveling at 106 mph in the express lanes.
