TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)— A Tampa man was arrested after chasing two kids riding scooters to school and exposing himself before witnesses intervened, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded to 15th Street and College Park Drive around 6:49 a.m. on Wednesday after a 911 call.
