TAMPA, Fla. – A 58-year-old Kenneth City man claimed a $2 million top prize after purchasing a winning scratch-off ticket at a local convenience store, the Florida Lottery announced.
Charles Cuozzo claimed his prize from the “SCORCHING HOT 7s” scratch-off game on May 1 at the Lottery’s Tampa District Office. State lottery officials confirmed that Cuozzo elected to receive his winnings as a single, lump-sum payment of $1,172,000.00.
