A Florida attorney stalked his wife. That’s not what could send him to prison

A Florida attorney admitted to using tracking devices in stalking his estranged wife. For that, Steven Teuber has been put on probation by a Pinellas County court and suspended as an attorney by the state Supreme Court.

And, now the Sarasota lawyer might face other trouble.

Teuber, 63, returned to Pinellas County jail after police say a probation compliance search of his home turned up 61 gummies and other edibles as well as 13 rounds of ammunition. That could turn Teuber’s five-year probation for installation of a tracking device and aggravated stalking-violation of a court order into a five-year prison sentence…
