TAMPA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Russian citizen living in Miami Beach was sentenced to six years in federal prison for an identity theft and financial fraud scheme that prosecutors said involved more than 100 fraudulent voter registration applications in Pinellas County.
Dmitry Shushlebin, 45, also was ordered to serve three years of supervised release and pay $458,839.69 in restitution, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
