TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Purple Alert was issued Thursday night for a missing Tampa woman.
23-year-old Kacey Leopard was last seen at 7:40 a.m. in the 7200 block of East Bank Drive, police said.
Leopard is 5’8″ and 110 pounds with brown hair.
She was seen in blue Birkenstock sandals and unknown clothes. She is believed to be on foot and without a cell phone.
Leopard is believed to need medical care, police said.
