In an unsettling incident, a rideshare driver in St. Petersburg, Florida, found himself in an unexpected and disturbing situation after picking up a passenger last Saturday. Jason Robert Hagerty, a 46-year-old nurse practitioner, reportedly engaged in explicit behavior during the ride, leading to his subsequent arrest.
According to the arrest report, Hagerty sat in the front passenger seat of the victim’s vehicle, where he allegedly exposed himself and began to masturbate throughout the duration of the ride. Shockingly, the victim, who spoke no English, was unable to communicate a request to stop.
To cope with the situation, the victim resorted to using his cellphone to record the explicit act. The report revealed that a third person, an unknown individual in the backseat, witnessed the incident and spoke up for the victim at the end of the ride.
The driver reported that Hagerty ejaculated inside the vehicle, leaving the victim to personally clean the aftermath in order to continue working. The explicit incident prompted the rideshare driver to take action by documenting the inappropriate behavior.
