TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — There are no impending charges for anyone after a deadly shooting Friday morning at a Tampa-area dog park, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
The shooting happened at about 8 a.m. at West Dog Park in the Egypt Lake-Leto area, just north of Tampa International Airport, deputies said.
There are no impending charges for anyone at this time, but the case has been forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office, deputies said.
No other details about the shooting were immediately available, but deputies said everyone is accounted for and there is no threat to the community.
