SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Former ESOL paraprofessional Angel Rodriguez Mercado is now facing four felony charges for allegedly molesting students at Abel Elementary School in Manatee County. According to court filings, Rodriguez Mercado threatened a student who said she was going to tell a teacher after he inappropriately touched her.
