BRADENTON, Fla. (WFLA) — The Bradenton Police Department still has a warrant out for the arrest of a teacher’s aide accused of tying a nonverbal, 7-year-old boy with autism to a chair for an hour on Friday.
“You wouldn’t want anyone doing this to your child,” said Takeila Jones. “Why would you do it to someone else’s?”
Takeila Jones said that the boy is her son, Jhalil Richardson.
“I’m more hurt than upset now,” Jones said. “Because y’all actually did this to my son and I was considering y’all family for me at one point.”
