Just before 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 30, one of the security members said he was working a private event at Epcot’s U.K. Lochside when Duane Danforth, 38, of Massachusetts, began entering the event and started removing ropes. When he was asked to stop and go around the ropes, Danforth got angry and told the victim, “I’m going to ******* kill you,” according to the complaint.

Another security member told officials that Danforth had a “crazy look in his eyes and appeared intoxicated.” He said Danforth was carrying a young girl in his arms as he yelled at the staff and shoved both victims to the side.

When Disney security responded to the incident, Danforth struck the deputy, pushing him away with his hands, according to the complaint. He continued his attempt to push the deputy away as he was being handcuffed.
