TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — The Florida State Fair is officially underway in Tampa. Officials flipped the switch on Thursday morning, signaling the start of the festivities.
Families can enjoy thrilling rides, wacky food and lively entertainment at the fair from Feb. 8 through Feb.19. Hours vary depending on the day.
- Monday – Thursday
- Entry gates: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Midway opens at 1:00 p.m.
- Friday – Sunday & Presidents Day
- Entry gates: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Midway opens at 10:30 a.m.
Entry ticket prices also differ based on age and day.
