TAMPA, FLA. (WFLA) — Allegiant announced three new nonstop routes from two Tampa Bay area airports on Monday.
The airline announced a new nonstop route from Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ) to Plattsburgh International. Travelers can also start flying from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) to Evansville, Indiana and McAllen Texas.
The new routes will start in June and provide the only nonstop service between these cities.

“We are thrilled that Allegiant Air will be introducing a new nonstop destination to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. Plattsburgh, New York will become Allegiant’s 28th nonstop destination at SRQ. This addition will provide a convenient connection for both US and Canadian travelers, allowing them to explore the stunning beaches, cultural gems, and unforgettable experiences that the Sarasota Bradenton area has to offer,” stated Rick Piccolo, Sarasota Bradenton International Airport’s president and CEO.
