SEMINOLE – Cinco de Mayo is just around the corner, but if you are looking to start celebrating a little early this year, the Seminole Recreation Department has you covered. The city’s third annual Taco Fest kicks off Saturday, May 4, at 4 p.m. at Seminole City Park, 7464 Ridge Road.
