ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The St. Petersburg Police Department is searching for the driver who killed his 20-year-old passenger in a car crash. Investigators determined Herbert Jones, 26, was the driver of the car that crashed and killed Jeremiah Jones on Sunday, July 14, police said in a news release. The two men are reportedly not related.
