The builder’s single-family homes range from 1,500 to 3,250 square feet with three to five bedrooms, two to four full baths, one half bath and two- to three-car garages.
The townhomes feature 1,750 to 2,350 square feet of living space and three bedrooms, two or three full baths, one half bath and two-car garages.
