Depression closes southbound lanes on US 19 in St. Pete, FDOT says

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Drivers are urged to use caution after a depression formed Wednesday morning on U.S. Highway 19 in St. Petersburg. Florida Department of Transportation crews shut down two southbound lanes from 6th Avenue South to south of 8th Avenue South, according to a news release. As of this writing, one southbound lane is open to traffic.
