The event will feature traditional hot stuff contests, including the favorite vendor concoctions, the Extreme Lolli Lick-A-Thon (the hottest lollipop in the world, sponsored by Intensity Academy) and the jalapeno pepper-eating contest. New this year, organizers have added the extreme pepper-eating contest. Amateur sauce competitions include BBQ and hot sauces as well as salsa categories.
