ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg will soon become home to what developers are calling the “tallest residential building on the Gulf Coast of Florida.” On Monday, a topping-out ceremony was held for The Residences at 400 Central, marking the completion of the building’s structural phase. The event also allowed John Catsimatidis, founder of the Red Apple Group, to recognize over 700 Suffolk Construction workers who have been part of the project.
