TAMPA, Fla. – Displaced hurricane victims are being offered rent discounts, waived application fees, and special lease terms as they recover from the storm. Members of the Bay Area Apartment Association created the Hurricane Housing list and have been updating it daily with apartment communities in six counties that have vacant units.
