Park Junction to Open as Part of Pinellas Park’s City Center Development

One major component of Pinellas Park ’s ambitious City Center District —which will eventually include a new city hall, fire and police department and emergency services, residences, commercial spaces, and public parks—is preparing to start construction. Park Junction , a new development that includes a food and market hall, outdoor performance space, and an anchoring brewery from Mastry’s Brewing, is preparing to launch construction with hopes of an opening before the end of 2025.

“In general, it will be the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay area,” Mastry’s Brewing Founder and CEO Matthew Dahm told What Now on Friday. “There will be the whole market hall concept, a bit like Armature Works, with all that diverse food and beverage and entertainment. And on top of that, there will be a rooftop with a rooftop food and beverage concept.”

Recent coverage from St. Pete Rising describes a “two-building hub,” “including a courtyard with a children’s play area, an outdoor performance stage created from two 20-foot shipping containers, green space, and an activated rooftop with seating and lawn games.”
