The back of the BMW clips the front of the rear vehicle, causing them both to crash. Though the trooper came to a stop, the suspect vehicle managed to remain mobile, if worse for the wear. The trooper at the front, however, managed to box in the BMW.
Henderson is currently locked up without bond at the Falkenberg Road Jail in Hillsborough County, records show. On top of being held on an out-of-county warrant for a fraud case, he is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, reckless driving, fleeing to elude, and a driving with a license canceled, suspended, or revoked as a third offense. The trooper who crashed sustained “minor injury” and received treatment from paramedics at the scene, according to documents obtained by Law&Crime.
