ST. PETE, Fla. – Two St. Pete natives will be sworn in on Thursday as the newest additions to the St. Petersburg City Council. Mike Harting has been elected to the currently vacant District 3 seat. Harting is the owner of 3 Daughters Brewing just south of downtown St. Pete, which he started in 2013.
