TAMPA, Fla. – A man was arrested on Wednesday after he was caught filming a minor who was using the bathroom at Busch Gardens, according to the Tampa Police Department. Officers said George Graham, 42, was taken into custody after the incident and arrested on one count of digital voyeurism.
