A distressing event unfolded at the Apollo Beach Dog Park on Monday evening when a dog was shot and killed following a confrontation with another dog. According to the WFLA report, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office received a distress call around 5:56 p.m. with details of the altercation between two dogs, subsequently leading to the fatal outcome.
