Pinellas County makes changes to short-term rental rules

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — Pinellas County Commissioners adopted a new short-term rental ordinance on Tuesday evening.

Commissioners said the new ordinance includes stronger protections sought by the community on maximum occupancy, quiet hours, and a sexual predator notice requirement per Florida Statutes.
