Indiana Man Sentenced To 12 Years For Distributing 11,000 Fentanyl Pills in Florida

Tashod Miller, 33, of Indiana, has been sentenced to 12 years in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Thomas Barber for distributing a significant quantity of fentanyl in southwest Florida. Miller pleaded guilty to the charge on February 4, 2025.

According to court documents released by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Miller traveled from Indiana to Florida with over 11,000 fentanyl pills concealed in his checked luggage. He intended to sell the narcotics for $15,000.
