PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – A former U.S. attorney accused of stabbing a driver on the Howard Frankland Bridge heads back to court, Monday.

Patrick Scruggs is facing aggravated assault charges and argues the ‘Stand Your Ground’ defense.
