Barberitos Southwestern Grille & Cantina, the fast-casual restaurant chain celebrated for its fresh, farm-to-table approach to Mexican-inspired fare, is bringing bold flavors and healthy dining to Tampa Bay. With a new franchise agreement in place, seven new locations are slated to open across the Tampa and St. Petersburg area, marking a major milestone in the brand’s Florida expansion.

The development is being spearheaded by franchisee Matt O’Neill, who already owns a successful Barberitos restaurant in the region and is preparing to open his second. With this new deal, O’Neill is now committed to a total of nine locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, cementing Barberitos as a go-to destination for fresh, fast Southwestern cuisine.

From hand-rolled burritos and street-style tacos to customizable bowls and salads, every item on the menu is made to order using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
