Thirteen years after Channing Tatum graced its grounds, the sprawling Florida mansion featured in the movie “Magic Mike” has hit the market.
The Mediterranean-style waterfront home, located at 100 Sands Point Dr. in Tierra Verde, acted as the 2012 film’s set where Tatum’s character, Magic Mike, worked his day job at an under-construction estate before heading to the fictional Xquisite Strip Club at night. It actually was under construction at the time, and wasn’t completed until 2013.
This is the first time the massive house has been listed for sale since its film feature. It was last sold in 2009 for $1.2 million, according to property records…
