2 men accused of human trafficking, luring 13-year-old to Tampa motel denied bond

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two men accused of luring a 13-year-old girl to a motel room and offering her money in exchange for sex will remain behind bars after a judge denied their bond.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrested Marlon Alfaro-Alvarez, 28, and Floyd Amaya Garvin, 25, on Sunday after the victim’s sister called 911 after receiving a secretly recorded voice message from her 13-year-old sister.

Deputies said they arrived at the A1 Motel in Tampa where they found Garvin inside the room with the girl and located Alfaro-Alvarez climbing out of a bathroom window…
