TAMPA, Fla. — As energy costs rise, federal funding is available to help families struggling to pay their electric bills.
“You know the temperatures are rising — that can absolutely mean higher energy bills for folks,” Cherie Jacobs with Tampa Electric said.
Florida Commerce is offering up to $1,000 in energy bill credits to help with costs. Several energy companies across Tampa Bay are participating.
