St. Petersburg makes ‘pedestrian friendly zones’ in Edge District

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Petersburg is trying to make sidewalks and parks safer for pedestrians.

New signs in the city’s Edge District indicate sidewalks there as “pedestrian friendly zones.” The signs also ask bicyclists to “walk their wheels.”
