Applications are being accepted until 3 p.m. on August 8, to fill six seats on the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board.
The PCCLB consists of 15 members from various trades, along with building officials, a fire official and two consumer representatives. Applicants are needed for the following area:
- Mechanical contractor or Class A air conditioning contractor
- Roofing or Sheet metal contractor
- Swimming pool contractor, Specialty structure contractor or Veneer specialty contractor
- Consumer Representative, not affiliated with the construction industry
- Fire Official
- South County Building Official from one of the following municipalities: St. Petersburg, South Pasadena, Gulfport, Seminole, Kenneth City or Pinellas Park
