A Florida father and son were rescued this week after their personal watercraft broke down and left them surrounded by alligators with no way to get out of the water, authorities said.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said its Marine Enforcement Section on Wednesday responded to Lake Thonotosassa, just northeast of Tampa, after a father and son became stranded when their personal watercraft broke down.
