‘Operation Slow Down’ to crack down on speeding across Florida

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A number of law enforcement agencies across the state, including the Florida Highway Patrol, are conducting a week-long speed enforcement effort starting Monday.

“Operation Southern Slow Down” is taking place in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee as well.
