St. Petersburg celebrates opening of new affordable apartments

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The City of St. Petersburg celebrated the opening of the Arya Apartments on Wednesday, a 415-unit apartment development including 125 units designated for workforce housing.

This apartment community was developed by Stock Luxury Apartment Living, and is the latest installment in Mayor Kenneth T. Welch’s Housing Opportunities For All Plan, which aims to bring more affordable housing to the city.
