Two people and two dogs were rescued from a Florida swamp after their boat sank Thursday night, authorities said.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said its Marine Enforcement Section responded to Morris Bridge Park, a conservation area northeast of Tampa, at around 8:30 p.m. Thursday following a report that two boaters and two dogs were stranded after their boat sank.
