TREASURE ISLAND, Fla. — The cities of Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, and South Pasadena have entered into an updated agreement with Pasadena Community Church to use their facility as an Emergency Operations Center during major storms.
The three cities have worked together using the church grounds as their Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for nearly a decade and have used the facility for no cost in years past. This hurricane season, the cities will pay Pasadena Community Church $600 a day for use of their facility when the EOC is activated.
