LAKELAND, Fla. (CBS12) — A 13-time Florida felon is accused of nodding off in his car Friday with fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, and a gun.
On Friday, deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) say they witnessed 32-year-old Cesar Hernandez slumped over in his car in Lakeland.
