Residents frustrated by water bills as St. Pete utility bills under city, state review

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — St. Petersburg residents said they’re still being hit with water bills they can’t explain, some in the thousands.

The city council is now taking up the issue, and the state has ordered the city to turn over years of utility rate studies as part of a broader audit.
